SHIPPING LEAD TIMES
Every piece is handmade in Authentic Designs's Vermont workshops. Please check item description for the most accurate lead time. Every once in a while there can be unforeseen delays and we will keep you informed on any extensions of our lead times.

RETURN POLICY
All lighting returns made are subject to review and custom fixtures aren't eligible for return. If you wish to make a return, please submit a return request to wdchome@wdesigncollective.com within 30 days of delivery. After review, returns are for store credit only, must be shipped back at the customer’s expense, and items must arrive in our warehouse in perfect condition. You may open and inspect an item; however, it must be re-packaged exactly the same way it was sent. A restocking fee of 25% of the merchandise value will be charged for all returns.
Once lighting has been installed, we are unable to process a return.
CLAIM POLICY
All claims must be notified to wdchome@wdesigncollective.com within 5 DAYS of receiving your shipment. Note any damage or shortage on delivery receipt at time of delivery. Keep all product and packaging intact for inspection until instructed otherwise. Take a digital photo of any damage and email to it wdchome@wdesigncollective.com.
