We typically don't provide formal quotes because our lighting can be purchased directly online and all pricing is updated online. If you'd like to join our trade program, we do offer a 15% discount for trade members. Join here.

Because we're a small business, we're not able to offer free samples, but we do offer the 15% discount and free shipping on all samples and orders for trade members. The wallpaper samples can be ordered directly through our site.

Trade accounts are created using an email and will only be applied if you use the email that you applied with. If you're having trouble getting the code to work, double check that you're signed in with the correct email (sometimes Shop Pay automatically signs you in using a different email).

We're currently in the process of adding more photos to our site and don't currently have images of each fixture in every finish. We do have photos of each finish represented on our site (Arlington in Warm Bronze, Manchester in Brass, Dorset in Gunmetal, etc.) If you'd like to see how the finishes will look in person, you can purchase sample finish set.

We link our preferred bulb on each individual product page. Lightbulb style is more of a personal preference, just make sure to follow the bulb base and max wattage requirements for the fixture you purchased.
Shipping & Returns

As our wall coverings are printed-to-order, please allow for a 5-7 week lead time before your order ships. Every once in a while there can be unforeseen delays and we will keep you informed on any extensions of our lead times.

Every piece is handmade in Authentic Designs' Vermont workshop. We have a limited stock of some fixtures, while others are made-to-order. Please check individual fixtures for specific lead times.
Any in-stock sconce will ship within 3-4 weeks of purchase. All in-stock ceiling fixture will ship within 4-5 weeks of purchase. Made-to-order fixtures will ship within 10-12 weeks of purchase. Every once in a while there can be unforeseen delays and we will keep you informed on any extensions of our lead times.

As each item is printed-to-order, our wallpaper is non-refundable. We strongly encourage a sample is ordered before making your final purchase to avoid any misinterpretation of color or pattern.
Once wallpaper has been cut and/or installed, we are unable to process a refund in the event of a claim.
If you discover any flaw or issue with your wallpaper, please reach out to our team (wdchome@wdesigncollective.com) within 7 business days of receipt and prior to cutting and/or installation.

All lighting returns made are subject to review and custom fixtures aren't eligible for return. If you wish to make a return, please submit a return request to wdchome@wdesigncollective.com within 30 days of delivery. After review, returns are for store credit only, must be shipped back at the customer’s expense, and items must arrive in our warehouse in perfect condition. You may open and inspect an item; however, it must be re-packaged exactly the same way it was sent. A restocking fee of 25% of the merchandise value will be charged for all returns.
Once lighting has been installed, we are unable to process a return.

As we grow we hope to be able to offer international shipping, however, at this time we only ship within the 48 contiguous states.

For lighting:
- Note any damage or shortage on delivery receipt at time of delivery.
- All claims must be notified to wdchome@wdesigncollective.com within 5 DAYS of receiving your shipment.
- Keep all product and packaging intact for inspection until instructed otherwise.
- Take a digital photo of any damage and email to it wdchome@wdesigncollective.com.
For wallpaper:
- If you discover any flaw or issues with your wallpaper, please reach out to our team within 5 business days of receipt and prior to cutting and/or installation.
- Take a digital photo of any damage or misprint and email it to wdchome@wdesigncollective.com

Please note that this is only an estimate and actual yardage needed for your space can vary depending on different scenarios.
It is highly encouraged that you hire a professional installer to get an accurate yardage estimate before ordering.

All of our wall coverings are sold by the linear yard, not by roll. We have a minimum of 5 yards per color and pattern. Our printers do their best to print a continuous roll of up to 70 yards, however it is not always guaranteed.

Yes! We love the look of a wallpaper bathroom however, it’s important to know that our natural fiber wallcoverings are more susceptible to water damage than other materials (such as vinyl or clay coated papers). Because of this, we recommend using them only in powder rooms where they’re protected from water.

Our wallpaper comes untrimmed and is designed to be hung traditionally with paste. Depending on your space, your walls may need to be prepped beforehand. Because of this it is highly encouraged that you hire a professional to install the wallpaper.
General Lighting Questions

All fixtures can be customized in finish and size. For custom orders please reach out to us directly orders@wdesigncollective.com. If possible, please provide dimensioned drawings.
Please note custom lead times may vary from 8-12 weeks depending on the fixture.

Please make sure your electrician wears the white gloves provided in your shipment to install the fixture.
Avoid any harsh cleaners on any of our fixtures. Please use a microfiber cloth to lightly clean and dust your fixture. If you clean too harshly, you may run the risk of removing the metal finish.
Avoid touching your fixture as fingerprints can be visible and can cause uneven patina.

All of our fixtures can be installed comfortably with 8ft. ceilings with the exception of the Newbury Chandelier.
For ceiling fixtures with a chain, the 25" chain and wire can be cut down to accommodate for lower ceilings. If you need more than 25" of chain, please reach out to us to get a custom length.
For ceiling fixtures with a brass down rod (Newbury Chandelier and Newbury Pendant), we have included multiple lengths that have a seamless screw system. For shorter ceilings, you will remove the recommended rods found in your installation guide.

Our light fixtures are wet rated, meaning they are designed to withstand direct exposure to water—such as rain or splashing—but they are not fully waterproof or submersible.
