MATERIALS
All metal parts are made of American sheet brass. Individual parts start out as sheets of metal on which patterns are laid out, cut, folded, rolled and soldered by hand. We make no compromises with either materials or quality.

Please note that as each fixture is hand finished, variation in finishes is expected. However, we do our very best to ensure as much uniformity within jobs as possible.

SHIPPING LEAD TIMES
Every piece is handmade in Authentic Designs's Vermont workshops. The small pendant is in stock and will ship within 10 business days. The medium and large fixtures are made-to-order, please allow for a 10-12 week lead time. We will keep you informed on any extensions of our lead times. Please check individual fixtures for specific lead times.

RETURN POLICY
As every piece is made to order, any returns made are subject to review. After review, returns are for store credit only, must be shipped back at the customer’s expense, and items must arrive in our warehouse in perfect condition. You may open and inspect an item; however, it must be re-packaged exactly the same way it was sent. A restocking fee of 20% of the merchandise value will be charged for all returns.

CLAIM POLICY
All claims must be notified by calling Authentic Designs 802-394-7713 within 10 DAYS of receiving your shipment.
Please note any damage or shortage on delivery receipt at time of delivery. Keep all product and packaging intact for inspection until instructed otherwise. Take a digital photo of any damage and email to lighting@authenticdesigns.com and hello@wdesigncollective.com.

Every light fixture we offer is UL listed, ensuring it meets strict safety and quality standards.

INSTALLATION AND CLEANING
It is recommended that all fixtures are installed by a professional. When needed, clean with a soft dry cloth only. Do not use polishing agents, harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners as they may damage the finish. Always switch off the electricity supply before cleaning.

FINGERPRINTS
Brass is easily susceptible to fingerprints due to accelerated oxidation. Please make sure your electrician wears the white gloves provided in your shipment to install the fixture. Avoid touching your fixture as fingerprints can become visible and can cause uneven patina.
